The Mountfield Children’s Christmas Party is taking place on Saturday 9th December from 3-5pm.
It is for all children aged 0-11 years who are resident in Mountfield or have a connection to Mountfield.
It is free, supported by profits from the Bonfire Event.

7. Accuracy of the minutes of previous meetings.

8.4 To thank Mr. Harding for the constructive and positive manner in which he conducted the internal auditor for MPC 2022-23 and to appoint him as MPC’s internal auditor for 2023-24.

9.3 Public Question Time – to receive any questions from members of the public on items on this agenda.
The Clerk and Councillor Whines are to meet in the playground to finalise the scope and type of the new fencing required. Further quotes will then be obtained.
The decisions on how to best spend these funds for the benefit of the Mountfield community will be deferred until the July and September meetings.
