4.1 Public Question Time – to receive any questions from members of the public on items on this agenda.
To finalise the application for this grant regarding the cesspit and toilet block at King George’s Field.
6.1 To consider the annual donation to Mountfield Village Hall Committee towards the Bonfire Event and the Children’s Christmas Party.
6.2 To consider the grant request from Mountfield FC for a grant of £400.00 towards a new mower for the football pitch.
The next evening talk in Mountfield Village Hall, presented by the Curator of the Robertsbridge Aviation Society Museum, will be on Friday 17th October, the doors open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start.
Trevor will be talking on the work of the RAS to preserve aviation artefacts of local significance and reporting on the finds of two archaeological digs held in the local area to investigate wartime crash sites.
Light refreshments and bar available.
All are welcome and entry is by donation.
All proceeds going towards maintenance of the Village Hall.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Elva Cars talk planned for 7.30pm on Thursday 25th September at Mountfield Village Hall has had to be cancelled.

Kent Lane will be closed from Monday 29th September for about 2 weeks.
They’ll open the road overnight from 6pm to 7am, apart from the nights of Wednesday 1st and Thursday 2nd October.
Also
BT Openreach who are also closing the road to replace a telegraph pole for 2 days on 1st October. They are asking us to divert and come down the lane from the other direction and this sounds like you may be closing the diversion route. Can you (Southern Water) or reps from the Parish Council double check to ensure that the properties in the middle of the two closures are still going to have access.

6.1 To consider the annual grant from MPC to the Mountfield Village Hall Committee towards the Bonfire Event and Children’s Christmas Party.
6.2 To consider a donation Mountfield FC to thank them for the use of their pavilion for water and toilet facilities during the installation of the new playground equipment.
To discuss applying for a grant in full or towards the new septic tank at the KGF, now urgently needed.
8.1 To discuss the installation of new playground equipment from Sovereign Play (expected September/October 2025). (COUNCILLOR WHINES)
8.2 To discuss investigating a service agreement with Sovereign Play, they will inspect all playground equipment.
8.3 To finalise the wording of the signage on the front gate.

15.1 Planning application for consideration
Proposed removal of existing conservatory and construction of a single storey extension t the rear with roof light. Proposed first floor extension to form bedroom with ensuite.
15.2 Comments made under delegated authority
Proposed annexe to provide overspill living accommodation for family members.
Object on the grounds that it is over-development, the proposed development being too large relative to the footprint of the main dwelling.
