8. Playground – Sovereign Compliance Agreement
For Members to consider adopting Sovereign’s Compliance Agreement for maintenance and safety of play equipment/
9. Consultation of RDC Draft Local Plan
For Members to discuss this and any implications for Mountfield.
10. Rother District Council Community Grants Fund
To discuss RDC’s refusal of the KGF/MPC application and any further steps.
11. Highways England/John’s Cross speed limits
Legal notices regarding speed limits have been received from National Highways. These are now posted on the MPC website. (COUNCILLOR PURDIE)
12. Southern Water Solar Array
To receive any further information regarding this matter. (COUNCILLOR O’SULLIVAN)
13. Village Waste Collection
The siting of a litter bin at New Cut is looking increasingly problematic, due to permissions for location and expense.
For Members to consider signage as an alternative in the first instance.
14. Matters outstanding
Quotes for work on the Telephone Box are still being sought.

15.1 Planning application for consideration:
RR/2025/2028/FULL – Land East Of London Road, Mountfield
Change of use of the land for the stationing of nine static caravans for Gypsy and Traveller occupation and nine touring caravans, erection of nine day rooms and hard and soft landscaping.
